Early access terms for Shop4U.

These terms describe the early access use of Shop4U, a platform being developed to connect shoppers, vendors, farmers and food businesses for raw food material sourcing.

You agree to use Shop4U for lawful purposes and to provide accurate information when joining the waitlist, submitting vendor interest or communicating with us.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee immediate access. Shop4U may invite users in phases based on product readiness, location, use case or vendor category.

Vendor participation may require additional review, onboarding checks and product listing requirements before vendors can receive orders.

Product listings, pricing, availability and quality details will be provided by vendors when the platform launches. Shop4U may create rules to keep listings accurate and trustworthy.

Orders and payments are not currently processed on this pre-launch website. Future payment terms will be provided before transactional features become available.

Delivery features are planned as part of the Shop4U platform. Delivery availability, timing and fees may vary by location and vendor.

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact, location and order information and for using Shop4U respectfully and responsibly.

During pre-launch, Shop4U is provided for information and early access interest only. We are not liable for unavailable features, delayed launch timelines or third-party actions.

Shop4U may update the platform, product scope, waitlist process or these terms as the product develops.
